FAMES Institute is a music education center, established under the umbrella of the FAME’S Project, Music Recording Company. It offers a unique platform for pedagogic and professional music training, creative exchange, and collaboration for emerging European classical musicians.
The Institute is co-funded by Creative Europe and is part of the selected organizations under the Call for Pan-European Cultural Entities (PECE) 2024-2028.


We are currently seeking a dynamic Artistic Project coordinator, with expertise in the music, cultural and creative sectors, to join our team.


Role Overview:
You will be employed for a full time position, working remotely throughout the year, with the requirement to be based in Skopje for 12 weeks / year (4 x 3 weeks in February, April, July and September). During this time, travel expenses and accommodations will be fully covered by the project.

Key responsibilities during the Courses:

  • Managing the project workflow until the program’s completion, being the point of contact for both students and artistic mentors throughout the courses
  • Overseeing the artistic process for each Course, being responsible of delivering the highest quality pedagogic results
  • Organizing schedules for rehearsals, performances, and related activities


    Key responsibilities during the Rest of the Year:
  • Preparation of the upcoming Courses in coordination with the main office in Skopje
  • Expanding the Institute’s network by fostering collaborations with European and international organizations, seeking joint projects and new opportunities for artistic exchange
  • Reporting and Deliverables preparation (including the reports on the artistic processes and outcomes of each course) and compiling all necessary data for submission to the European Commission

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in project coordination and logistics management within the cultural or creative sectors
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Strong ability to manage relationships with institutional partners
  • Educational background in music and significant experience in the music sector.
