Our students are getting familiar with recording technology, and they are given the opportunity to listen back to their performances! This way, they can refine their skills and gain insight into professional music recording.
The ongoing course includes master classes, recording sessions and lectures with multiple chamber ensembles, guided by the expertise of Péter Bársony, professor in Graz Kunstuniversität and Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest @peterbarsony.
In parallel, five young European composers in Master of Film Composing, Conservatorium of Amsterdam, under the leadership of Kaveh Vares – professor at the Master Composing for Film department, are recording film music soundtracks in collaboration with our students alongside Conductor Joaquim Badia @joaquimbadiacomposer. These compositions, composed for animation movies produced by Dutch Film Academies, will furnish a practical experience in film music production.
