Our Story
Founded in 2007, FAME’S Project has become a major reference in the global orchestral recording industry. With the production of approximately 4000 orchestral recordings for the international productions since its creation, the company demonstrates how skill exchange and capitalizing on new professional opportunities can lead to significant achievements in the European music field.
FAME’S approach to trans-regional and trans-European mobility has been integral to its strategy for over a decade. Employing over 150 professional classical musicians from the Western Balkans and throughout Europe, FAME’S has become a central hub for regional music projects, supporting and enhancing local music creation and production.
The project revolves around bridging the gap between young classical musicians’ skills and their professional aspirations through an innovative orchestral music program. This initiative, by fostering collaboration among European countries and leveraging the cultural and educational resources of the European Union, aims to empower these young talents. It provides them with advanced training exposure to new repertoires and performance opportunities thereby enriching their artistic journey and preparing them for a successful future in the world of classical music.
Our Mission
The mission of the ‘European Creative Orchestral Program for Skilled Youth’ is to modernize classical music education and integrates it with current industry trends. Its focus on incorporating contemporary genres and advanced studio techniques ensures that the education provided remains relevant, addressing the evolving needs of the music industry and encouraging cross-border cooperation in the cultural and educational sectors.
The project which already involves more than 250 participants from 31 countries in 2022-23 showcases the cultural diversity but also promotes cultural exchange within a European context. The broad participation reflects the project’s relevance and potential impact on a diverse range of EU member states. Its focus on incorporating contemporary genres and advanced studio techniques ensures that the education provided remains relevant, addressing the evolving needs of the music industry, encouraging cross-border cooperation in the cultural and educational sectors.
The program establishes a balance between preserving cultural heritage, fostering musical and personal excellence, and discovering new repertoires. This approach provides young musicians with insights into potential new artistic opportunities for their future careers as professional musicians.

The project is co-founded by the Creative Europe Program of the European Union.
