Meet Giulia Annibaletti, responsible for ‘JMI’s Play it Loud!’ Program and also our mentor in the first part of the ‘Recording & Film’ Orchestral Course in April.
The project will focus on supporting young artists in the EU, particularly emerging female composers, promoting gender equality in the music industry. The goal is to unite our young skilled students with young skilled composers from diverse cultural backgrounds. We want to increase gender equality in music and share new ideas and inspiration from young professionals in the field. We will share inspiring stories from young people who are already making their mark in the industry. Our students will record the repertoire at @famesproject studio, whilst developing an understanding of delivering professional-level performances.
Giulia Annibaletti is Programs Manager at JM International since 2020, involved in youth work and project management since 2005. With a bachelor in Intercultural and Media Communication, and masters in European policies and International Cooperation and Development, she has extensive expertise in the development & management of European mobilities, non-formal and peer-to-peer educational activities and intercultural events, with a particular focus on youth empowerment and outreach through inclusive artistic & creative methodologies. From 2021, she is responsible for JMI’s Play it Loud! program, dedicated to disrupting gender and accessibility norms in the youth and music sector.
The Program offers a FULLY FUNDED SCHOLARSHIP to the selected participants!
