Meet Ana Krstajic, our composer and mentor in the first part of the ‘Recording & Film’ Orchestral Course in April that will include recording workshops.
The project will focus on supporting young artists in the EU, particularly today’s emerging female composers, promoting gender equality in the music industry. The goal is to unite our young skilled students with young skilled composers from diverse cultural backgrounds. Our students will record the repertoire at FAME’S studio, whilst developing an understanding of delivering professional-level performances. As this particular Course will be focusing on gender equality in music as our main topic, we are glad to have this young and prolific composer, a true role-model for young female composers, as the featured artist. In the spirit of empowering young aspiring musicians of all backgrounds, this course is dedicated to delving into the challenges and opportunities the music sector offers today to young people and how gender equality principles can be more present, and will aim to inspire and give new perspectives through the eyes of young professionals.
Ana Krstajic was born in Belgrade, Serbia.
