Yesterday at FAME’S Institute, the students had the opportunity to attend a lecture by Aleksandra Denda, a Musician and a Music Therapist. During the interactive workshop ‘Self Care & Self Talk’, which the students found very interesting and important, they learned about channeling their thoughts, words and actions is crucial for self care.
